There is a very big Difference Between Baptism in Name of Father, Son and the Holy Spirit and Baptism in Jesus Christ Name.

According to Mathew 28:19, there is statement made by Jesus Christ telling his disciples they way they would baptize. Mt 28:19

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

When they started ministry they baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ as we can see in Acts of Apostles 2:38.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

We have the same practice in Acts of Apostles 10:48

And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Now it is clear and the question is: Do we need to follow what apostles did or just maintain what is written in Mathew 28:19?

The answer: We need to follow what Apostles did. Apostles lived and talked with Jesus Christ. They aye together and walked together. They had the original information regarding Jesus Christ teachings.  They applied what the heared Jesus telling them. 

The other reason is that Father, Son and Holy Spirit are not name. The name is Jesus and this names wad given to Joseph and Mary to name the Savior as we can find it in Mattew 1:21

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Mentioning the name JESUS in Baptism is very important because sin is was away by the Name of JESUS. 

This is supported by Acts of Apostles 4:10-12

10. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11.This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Discipleship is not a single day activity. It is a journey that discipler makes with new convert. It involves a lot, from evangelism to laying on hands for release a disciple for a particular ministry. It doesn't just happen for a new born to share the gospel, the is need of spiritual maturity. However the process couldn't cause you to fear, the helper which is The Holy Spirit always get behind the scene and makes it very easy in case we are obedient.

Intu(Acts of Apostles)2:37-39

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Frangelism: Sharing the Gospel of God's Kingdom with Friends, Relatives, Associates and Neighbours.

Example of Paul the Apostle of  Jesus Christ is an example of strategic way of making Disciples. He ordered Timothy to share the teachings to faithful people who would be able to share the same teachings with other( 2 Timothy 2:2).
